PRE-ACADEMY (ADVANCED RECREATIONAL SOCCER) (ages 7-8)

 

Pre-Academy is a unique program for players who are ready to take the next step in developing soccer skills, to prepare them for Select Academy soccer.  Both Professional Trainers and Parent Coaches work with the players implementing the “Player Intelligence” training curriculum designed especially for this soccer program.

 

• Practice twice per week for 90 minutes, Saturday games – All @ Stars
• Stars trained Parent Coach for every team.
• Professional Trainer at every practice for one hour.
• Individual player award at the end of season
• Program fee includes GYSA insurance.
• Program Fee:  $295
• Pre-Academy players must purchase a Georgia Rush uniform package (includes 2 jerseys, 1 short, and 1 pair of  socks)for $45; uniforms may be kept and used in future seasons.

                  Late Registrations $320 (after 2/15/10)

 

PA Practice/Game Information 

·         Practices begin the week of March 1st

·         Practice Tuesday & Thursday  5:00 – 6:30pm

·         Coed  teams

·         First game Saturday, March 6th

·         Grand Finale/Spring Fling, Saturday, May 8th

·         Age based on child’s age as of July 31, 2009

We are teaming up with GetGear.org which is trying to collect 18,000 soccer jerseys to send to Nairobi, Kenya. Currently the MYSA league in Kenya is serving 20,000 kids.
