Coach Kamal El-Shami’s Stars SC ’12 U14 Elite Girls Soccer Team traveled to Franklin, TN on the weekend of September 22^nd and 23^rd and brought home a 1^st Place finish in the U14G Gold Division from the 2007 TNFC Fall Classic. En route to their tournament victory Stars tied the Brentwood Adidas Apex, from Brentwood, TN 2-2. In their next game Stars defeated the CSA Lobos 94 Lady Lobos White from Collierville, TN 7-1 advancing Stars to the Semi Finals. Stars then went on to their next victory against the Atletico Flames U14G from Elizabethtown, KY 4-0 to put them in the Finals. In an exciting Final Match Stars was up against the Brentwood Adidas Apex again and secured the Tournamant Championship with a 5-3 win. The team is made up of girls from North Fulton and Forsyth Counties. Great job Girls!

Coach Kamal El-Shami’s Stars SC ’12 U14 Elite Girls Soccer Team participated in the 2007 Atlanta Cup Soccer Tournament on Labor Day weekend and brought home a 1^st place finish in the U14 Girls A Division. En route to their tournament victory Stars defeated the GFC 94 Power Elite from Lawrenceville, GA 2-0, the Lady Cannons 94 Gold from Newnan, GA, 1-0, and the Cobb Lady Chiefs Gold from Marietta, GA 2-0 to advance to the Semi Finals. Stars then went on to defeat the GSA 94 Phoenix Red 3-1 in overtime to advance to the Finals. In an exciting Final Match against the KFC Blue from Knoxville TN, the girls from Stars were victorious 2-1 to bring home the Tournament win. Good job girls!

Coach Kamal’s Stars SC ’12 U14 Elite Girls battled the heat on the weekend of August 11^th and 12^th, 2007 and brought home a 1^st place finish from the 2007 Atlanta Lightning Fall Classic in the U14/15 Girls Gold Division. En route to their tournament victory Stars defeated the U15 Cannons 93 Gold from Newnan, GA, 3-2, the U14 AFC Lightning 94 White from Fayetteville, GA 3-2, and the U15 Macon United ‘93 from Macon, GA 5-0, before a weary Stars Team lost to the U15 Concorde Fire North Black 4-2. Great job girls!
